30 Years Of Building Relationships

Founded by Charles Marshall in 1996, Beacon Marshall Companies have steadily grown to become a national player in the commercial construction business.

Headquartered in Akron, Ohio, Beacon Marshall Companies, and our construction management arm, EM Construction LLC, have been performing planning, design, construction oversight and maintenance services for years – including our special and small projects division.

Selected Client Resumé

At Beacon Marshall, we pride ourselves on always responding to our clients and being there for them no matter how big or how small. We believe in having the same passion and enthusiasm – whether we are working with you for the first time or for the third time. Each of our clients is treated as a person, not just a number. Instead of just telling you, give us the opportunity to show you.

Projects have ranged from $50,000 to over $30 million, and have included new industrial plants facilities, industrial building renovations, complete office structures, manufacturing operations, retail operations, infrastructure construction, and historical projects.
