Design
and Build
Design-build is team-approach contracting, with single-point
responsibility. Essentially, the same entity both designs and constructs
the facility. Today design-build is the dominant method of project
delivery for non-residential construction in the United States.

design-bid-build.

South - Beacon South is one of two developments in
Seville, Ohio. Beacon South offers the benefits of Foreign Trade
